v0.1
Pre-release
Pre-release
This is a release of the vistadisp software. It likely has many bugs. This version is released to establish a permanent record of the state of the repository at the time of publication of
Himmelberg, Winawer*, Carrasco. Linking individual differences in human primary visual cortex to contrast sensitivity around the visual field, in Nature Communications.
The software was used for this project to present visual stimuli for population receptive field mapping of fMRI data. Separate repositories contain the code for data analysis.
The repository was originally forked from Stanford's Vistalab, whose vistadisp repository is here: https://github.com/vistalab/vistadisp.
