Problem solved by the commit
Trace buffer was filling with memory tile stall events. On the XRT side, incorrect events were chosen.

Risks (if any) associated the changes in the commit
Must coincide with how hwanalyze handles edge events

What has been tested and how, request additional testing if necessary
Tested event trace on vek280

None

retest this please. (We tried different backend for pcie/hw tests. retest should work)
