- Enable multiple deployment jobs
- A lot of refactoring to make things clearer/simpler and prepare the future
- Bump dependencies and Go to 1.21

Include small refactoring and closes #30
Makes it easier to persist and retrieve dynamic types such as deployment Source data and Job payloads.
It makes easier to deal with build directories and logger. Also instantiate a docker client per deployment task to prevent intertwined logs.
