Adds webRTC room-based screensharing, with one streamer and multiple viewers. Also shortcuts for undo/redo.
This is just the browser version, I'll do the transparent canvas with the rest of the electron stuff in DOO-94.
Video (doesn't show it's actually a livestream, but it is -- pull and test that it works for you pls; you need to run the backend).
