What is this project?

This is a Web CW TX Trainer. You can download the "RhythmCW.html" and double click to open it in your bowser. It's still on developing and having issues like: mouse doesn't work same as keyboard; decode not always working. This project is my self-learning web practice, I'm glad to help anyone who wants to start learning programming and interested in amateur radio, you can commit more features or suggest other interesting features, thanks!
