I know I tested these commands once or twice so not sure how I could have messed them up like this (attaching under pkg and not zig-pkg and thus conflicting with the pkg add/remove). Anyhow, that's fixed and added --artifact arg. Also exposed rts/log.h since I noticed I want to reach it from an external package module.
