Add mac_is_random, shorten update_interval, cleanups (#120)

* chore: added mac_is_random field to device

* Faster Polling and some cleanups

- Reduced update_interval to 0.9 seconds

- Clarified comments esp re advert "intervals" not being accurate but a factor of polling interval.
