I believe you changed the dependency on python-registry to >1.1.0 because of williballenthin/python-registry#89 right?

The thing is, python-registry>1.1.0 does not correspond to anything in PyPI right now, and I believe dependency_links is deprecated (see pypa/pip#4187). We cannot use PEP 508 URLs because PyPI doesn't support them (for good reasons, see pypa/pip#5566).

We may have to wait until a more recent version of python-registry is uploaded on PyPI before merging, except if you have another idea.

I took the liberty of updating the plugin to add support for Bodyfile output and to fix an encoding bug. If you're fine with the changes, I'll merge :)
