Attached Mitt to Vue instance as emitter for eventBus Replaced deprecated eventBus syntax with Mitt emitter
Compile-time errors fixed
Upgraded bootstrap-vue to vue 3 support
Added Mitt dependency and made emitter globally available in entry.js
