After merging #51, the app is ready to accept other languages. Is this something you'd be interested in? If you want, I could lead an effort to find translators for the languages available on covid19.is and add them to the app.

That would be awesome. Please go ahead.

Maybe we should also tweak the layout so the "Continue" button is fixed to the bottom of the screen, and the list of languages fades out underneath as we do on some other screens.

Sure, will do. @eirikurn could you point out to an example in the app where it happens what you are describing?

Take a look at WelcomeScreen, after choosing a language.

@pjanaya Are you interested in an Italian translation? I can translate from the English language to Italian.

We are soon starting work on a significant upgrade to the app, which involves new translation strings.

We will do the development in the open, but in the least, we would appreciate translation assistance around mid-June.

Let me know when those strings are ready and I can get in touch with the previous translators to try to make a fully translated (or as translated as possible) release this time 👍

@alessandro-gentilini Thanks, I'll add you to my list whenever we need to do more work.
