As mentioned in a conversation, the linkcheck as implemented here is not optimal, so I will close this PR. This is related to the issue archivematica/Issues#1690 for Archivematica. The gist of the argument is that linkcheck would probably be better run on a schedule than for every PR. |

I am planning on fixing all/most of outdated URLs in related PRs.
After the URLs will have been fixed, we can merge this PR :)
