ARC configuration files compatible with ActivitySim v1.3.0.

  • Set up multiprocessing with explicit chunking
  • Converted UECs to be compatible with Sharrow
  • Successfully ran Sharrow compile in single process
  • Successfully ran multiprocessing with explicit chunking, with Sharrow
  • Corrected a multiprocessing setting that affected accessibility results in new ActivitySim, confirmed the result is now close to v0.9.7
