What is oracdc?

oracdc is change data capture tool for Oracle Database. Once upon a time there was such a product Oracle Daily Business Intelligence, with with the slogan "OLTP, Data Warehousing and even Ad-Hoc analysis in one database". oracdc is about opposite architecture: how to separate your data for better processing and analysis and total cost of ownership.
