This version fixes some timing issues with high fps videos. Be aware that even openCV is not perfect on decoding all video formats on a frame per frame basis, so if you have difficulties with correct timing, framestepping or interlacing, convert your video into a standard format (e.g. MPEG using VLC or VirtualDub) before opening the video with Viana.NET.
The standalone version is fully functional, no need for the installer, which is supplied just for convenience.
