Description of changes:
This change updates all of the dependencies, except
toml, since that seems to have change thefrom_strimplementation to not accept lifetimes anymore. For now, I'm just going to leave it in anticipation of other refactors that will allow us to upgrade it later.I've also added a cron job for running the CI every day to avoid stale statuses.
