Fixed the License

Originally I had used the MIT license, but because Spring uses the Apache License I had to carry it over. I also wanted to give credit to everyone who created the original Java implementation of SpEL because without them this project couldn't exist!

First Working Release

0.2.0

removed complexity check, not compatible with ES2015 syntax

First pass

Most of the major functionality is working. Releasing to play around with it in different environments and to make something available to Bower. Also, planning on starting to refactor so this release can be used as a checkpoint.
