This adds support for this wheel when in HIDPP mode using https://github.com/JacKeTUs/hid-logitech-hidpp. The name, steering and pedals are correctly reported, most buttons seem fine as well. Configurations are disabled (as expected for now AFAIK).
I was going to leave it as a draft until I can assert the even interpretations are all correct. I'm ambivalent about getting this in now or waiting for that.
