Welcome to the bioCADDIE ElasticSearch Endpoint

This Wiki will provide information on accessing the current bioCADDIE Elasticsearch based data discovery index. This endpoint is currently under development and should not be considered a production resource. Access to the endpoint is allowed via GET requests. Full documentation on Elasticsearch search APIs can be found at the Elasticsearch Reference website . To get a basic understanding of Elasticsearch it would be helpful to work through Elasticsearch - The Definitive Guide.

Accessing the bioCADDIE ElasticSearch Endpoint

The bioCADDIE endpoint is accessible at https://data.biocaddie.org. For example, in your browser, you can request the record for a specific PDB ID via the following URL: PDB ID 4IAQ - https://data.biocaddie.org/biocaddie/pdb/_search?q=dataItem.ID:4IAQ.
