This commit adds server-side includes for .shtml and .html files by modifying the .htaccess file. Additionally, a new docker-compose.yml file and Dockerfile are added to enable the deployment of the project using Docker.

to use this, install docker locally, and run
docker compose up, which will get you an interactive version of the website running on port 8080
