Description

  • Refactor Twitter toolkit, so that it can be used by agents seamlessly, without the involvement of user operations.
  • Resolves some dependency issues to prevent our project from using a too old version of pdfplumber dependency.
  • Modifies the implementation of @api_keys_required decorator, so that it can be also applied to static and module-level functions.

Motivation and Context

close #1086.
