Docker container based on neo4j:3.5.12 containing KEGG reactions and compounds.

Data is not kept in this repo, but on dropbox. To see how the dropbox file is created, see the methods folder. This image can be used in conjuction with a jupyter notebook image by using `docker-compose.

To run container:

docker run -it  -p 7474:7474 -p 1337:1337 -p 7687:7687 cbleker/neo4j-kegg

Then open your browser at http://localhost:7474/.
