Lil typofix, fixes #5539

Describe the solution

Fixed comestibles that vary with component ID to use "rose hips" in the name for the rose hip variation, instead of directly copypasting the ID and thus calling things rose_hip jam and the like.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Have we considered toe jam instead?

Testing

Load-tested to make sure my notepad++ search-in-file wizardly didn't explode anything.
