Post a deprecation notice on the forum linking to the Forum post with Mento. like "To minimise maintenance and serve the Celo community best, faucet.celo.org only distributes CELO tokens. To get 3rd-party tokens, 1. get CELO, and 2. swap, or get tokens from 3rd-parties directly
