Description The application is built using rails, ReactJS, and CSS.

The navbar enables the user to navigate through the application. The app has a tech tips to help developers get new ideas to help them in tehir tech work. A user can start any course tehy find useful. The app has a courses feature to list courses for various tech disciplines. The news feature shows the students enrolled in teh different courses Instructions Clone the repository Ensure you are in teh devnotes folder npm start to run teh application on the browser.
