As a mentor, I cannot mentor all people. I would like to signal to people whether I am at capacity or not.

Currently, I mentor two people by "accepting" two requests.

I am not comfortable accepting more than 2. I would like to signal that on my profile. Something like:

Currently Mentoring: 2 People (0 more pairings/slots/positions/whatev available)

Issue #103 will get you halfway there with manual management of if you're discoverable/requestable or not. #103 is scheduled to be added in this upcoming sprint. For more advanced management (automatically opening/closing) this will have to depend on your request in #124
