This is another 1.0 release candidate. Here's what it brings in:
- New versions of the interpreters: Git 1.3.8, Glulxe 0.6.1, Bocfel 2.1.1.
- An improved test suite so that regressions and mistakes are caught earlier.
- Fixes for many memory leaks.
- Scroll to the end when the user starts typing a command.
- Support CSS font sizes in points, e.g.

. - Implement version 0.7.5 of the Glk specification.

This is a 1.0 release candidate, mostly just to bring in new versions of the interpreters.
Changes since 0.9.2:
- Updated Bocfel to 2.0 and Glulxe to 0.6.0, the current versions that Gargoyle bundles.
- Updated Git to the even newer 1.3.7.

This is a 1.0 release candidate.

- Refactored the threading code to be more robust and future-proof.
