The purpose of country list is to check if a URL is blocked in that country or not. It is possible that a country X will block a website from country Y or a URL with a domain name of country Y. Because of that, websites from country Y or URLs with a domain name of country Y can be in the test list of country X. |

@bact there was a brief discussion about this topic on a video conference hosted by OONI that recommends to delete these type of links. I only used it as my reference. Ultimately, it will be up to OONI, so I'll leave this request open. |
If it's from 23:30 minute, I think we have to be careful about the term "irrelevant" for the context of why each URL got added. The video didn't gave any context or reason why the URL in the example is deleted. Igor just said "for some reasons" and "I don't know why". To give examples, these URL from Hong Kong and Taiwan are in China (Mainland) list, and there's political context for why those URLs are there:
