[INSTANCE] shattered halls - rework part 2 (#1158)

add trash between 1st and 2nd boss into spawn_group
correct xyz for some mobs
fix assasins - there will come more spawns into this spawn_group in later patch, only added the ones i sniffed so far

next step: gauntlet rework
