In statement-details.md include files, (1) modified note that diagnostics tab is visible to only admin users and sql users with VIEWACTIVITY system privilege, (2) replaced serverless with standard.
The specific feature is that users with VIEWACTIVITY are able to download statement bundles. The docs change says that users with VIEWACTIVITY can access the diagnostics tab. This implies the users have access to the diagnostics features such as downloading the statement bundles.
