Should be able to:

• create custom schedule (daily / weekly / monthly basis?)
• configure "blackout" / holiday time frames, in which the auto-scheduler will NOT schedule you
• survey after completing tasks, used to generate schedules / next task automatically
• generate a schedule automatically based on consistency, needs improvement, things I'm good at, and priority
• an option to "suggest" a task NOW, based on the above settings
