Add support for multiple instances in a role

The current Hosts Classification scheme assumes a single instance for each role.

Consider:

  • Expanding host classification to included INC (increment)
  • Assuming all multiple instances in a role will be part of an Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling group using AMIs without a Salt Minion
