Fix TypeScript capitalization in Changelog #5842

Issue

  • The name TypeScript should be written mixed case when generically referring to TypeScript.
  • When referring to the npm module typescript it can be written all lower case.

Typescript is an incorrect rendering.

Changes

  • Convert general references to TypeScript
  • In Dependency Updates sections, preferably use typescript for consistency with quoting of other npm module names.
