Windows assigns to NetKVM msi vectors as much as it was assigned in Qemu. It seems that sometimes Windows gives us more than we need, this patch enables NetKVM to use as much as required vectors and not more. resolves BZ#1624228. Signed-off-by: Sameeh Jubran <[email protected]>
