add_p.tbl_continuous() oneway.test updates

What changes are proposed in this pull request?

• Made the oneway.test() available in add_p.tbl_continuous(). (Add oneway.test to add_p.tbl_continuous() (also remove refs in ?tests to the now deprecated aov) #1970)

• Removed the deprecated 'aov' test from the tests.R file listing available tests. (Add oneway.test to add_p.tbl_continuous() (also remove refs in ?tests to the now deprecated aov) #1970)
