Releasing version 1.1.3 of the Raspbian unattended netinstaller.
This bug fix release fixes the following issues:

  • Improve check for ssh-root hack (fixes #516)
  • Only configure networking when there is a network, which isn't the
    case when installing the 'base' preset (fixes #525)

From now on, development happens on the master branch. The
CONTRIBUTING.md document is updated to reflect that.
