Usage:

cargo run -- -o=[Repo owner] -n=[Repo name] -b=[Target branch] -t=[X API Bearer Token] -i=[Check interval (in seconds)]

Example Usage:

cargo run -- -o=rust-lang -n=rust -b=master -t=1234 -i=3600
