Beta 2 Release for Solr 6.3.0

Basic release to make testing with Docker much simpler. Use the sample core (untar in solr-6.3.0/server/solr) and install the two jars in the path (e.g. solr-6.3.0/server/solr-webapp/webapp/WEB-INF/lib) ... if you start the Solr server then there should be a basic core called lire with everything installed. You can then use the sample documents and upload them to your Solr server to have some data for testing.
