Having a simple GitHub Action that would handle the output of the Lighthouse CI Action.

Usage

Publishing a new version

# Build, commit your changes and create a tag
$ yarn distribute

# Push to GitHub
$ git push origin --tags

You will need to create a release to publish the action to the GitHub Marketplace
