Merge recent dev changes to main

This is a dev branch. Current in-progress changes are all merged here for an easy deployment and audit process.
The process to be followed for launch is:

• Review each feature/ fix PR and merge them to main.
• Merge back from the main to this branch to ensure that changes are all synced up.
• Create the right releases in the respective Cargo.toml and add migration for all contracts directly to this branch rather than individual feature branches.
• Add artifacts to this branch and merge to main branch.

This PR is not supposed to be reviewed for individual features until they are merged into the main branch.
This is a one-time process and not ideal.
