If the original term has a description, make sure it's copied over to the new term.
If the original term has term meta, make sure that is carried over to the new term.
Using the array without initializing it may cause surprising problems.

When terms are converted or copied, the term descriptions and term meta are not carried over. This pull request makes sure both are copied over.
