A combined approach using ArcGIS and PostgreSQL

Overview

This repository contains the PostgreSQL script to perform an overlay analysis on Big Data. This is to determine the 2000 and 2010 U.S. Census block group FIPS codes for 53 million U.S addresses (in CSV format). The geocoding of these addresses was done using ArcGIS 10.3.1.
