Use {packer} to manage JavaScript assets
Refreshment of functionalities, including:
- colors are managed in R with functions such as
scales::col_numeric() - tooltip is created with a {glue} string
- Legend is created as a CSS gradient
- Select menu in markdown can be positioned independently of the cartogram
