Description:

This PR updates ruby-version to 3.3.4, replacing the deprecated 3.0 version of Ruby that we were using previously.

Steps to test this PR:

  1. Check out this branch locally
  2. Run rbenv install to ensure that 3.3.4 installs as expected (if you're already done this, you can skip this step)
  3. Run bundle install to install dependencies
  4. Run bundle exec fastlane lanes to check that Fastlane works
  5. Check that there are no other references to the old version of Ruby in the repo
