Added ETA limit feature

Oops, forgot to add in the feature that lets you limit your search to how far, in minutes, away a transportation is.

Well, now you can. Don't want anything from more than 10 minutes away, don't worry. just write maxTime: 10 in your global config file.

Added features:

• You now have the option to format your ETA time to seconds, minutes, or both.
• You can now display the full description, instead of just the short
• You can now choose between ETA time, arrival time, or both!
• Never use the bus? No fear, filtering is now supported!
• Ugly UI? Now we match the default modules' style!
  • Fade effect
  • Matching spacing
• Partial support for Alert ticker. Module must be in full-width position for proper display.
• Update animations are supported!
• Don't want your list going on and on? You can now limit it to any amount!
