Simple AHK script to detect and change GPU OC Profile when a miner is running.
You can add any miner.exe to ProcessesToCheck[] array.
It also shows a tray notification when it switches profiles, to disable that just delete
"TrayTip, Mining Profiler, Switching to mining profile., 1"
