PGB 2021 project summary. Student data is located in data/PGB2021_raw_files

Scripts are located in the folder scripts. Written in bash, Rmd and python.

The first script locate_gff_files.sh gathers the relevant data from students files and generates some basic results and statistics about them. It also calls a second script (seq_len.py) that calculates sequence lengths.

Finally there is an R markdown file that does some basic exploratory analysis. It can be imported into Rstudio cloud or executed in a local machine with R / rstudio.
