Description of the Change
Add a simple 3 time retry to the CHECKOUT step.
Alternate Designs
We could do something more intelligent, such as checking the actual error etc, but I don't think that should be needed in the cases where we have temporary hiccups.
Possible Drawbacks
Testruns that can never CHECKOUT will take longer to execute.
