CRAN Release 1.0.0

The 1.0.0 release of the {comorbidity} package on CRAN substantially modifies and updates the package API.
There are a lot of improvements in terms of performance, supported algorithms, and user-facing functions; see e.g. this thread on GitHub.

comorbidity 0.3.0

This release of comorbidity comes with two major user-facing changes:

• First, the argument assign0 now defaults to FALSE: all comorbidity domains are included and no hierarchy is applied when computing weighted comorbidity scores;
• Second, two versions of the weighted Elixhauser score are now returned: the version of van Walraven et al. (2009), and the AHRQ version (Moore et al., 2017).

This release comes with a few bug fixes as well. See the NEWS.md file for all details.
