[java] Update for January 2023 patch releases #2311

Java SE 7, 8, 11 and 17 are LTS releases. Oracle intends to make future LTS releases every two years meaning the next planned LTS release is Java 21 in September 2023.

Adoptium (as one of the major other distributions) have also updated their policy to align: https://adoptium.net/support/

In addition, every two years since 2021 one feature release will be designated as a Long Term Supported (LTS) release.

FYI updates of the latest versions listed on https://endoflife.date/java is now automatic thanks to #59. Only major versions must be added manually, patch versions don't need to be updated manually anymore (see endoflife-date/release-data@84cb55e).
