This PR as for goal to deal with options only required by:
As mentioned in this PR it's more easy to deal with this aspect at the LiteX build level to avoid adding complecities at platform/target level. Thanks to that users contributing boards doesn't have to worry about options only required for one toolchain and others required by other toolchain.
